Educators are required to submit their proposed fee schedule to the parent and guardians prior to the child starting in their care. They must;

  • Give at least two weeks’ notice of a change in fees to existing families verbally and in the form of a printed fee schedule.
  • Charge every family using their service according to the same fee schedule.
  •  Give a printed fee schedule to potential new families at the parent interview stage and explain charges as necessary.
