Undertake a safety audit (identified areas requiring improvement will be required to be rectified prior to commencing care.

Educators and Educator Assistants will be inducted into the scheme over a four-week period:

A period of one week will be provided for the educator and educator assistants to familiarize themselves of policies and procedures

Educational leader will conduct a visit to support the development of the education and care program and implementation of policies and procedures in the first 2 weeks

The educational leader and coordinator will also make regular (one per week) telephone contact with the educator and educator assistant for guidance, support and mentoring.

An additional visit by the educational leader to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards in the first month
