Liberty Family Day Care Service (Scheme) is based in Logan City council and is devoted to providing quality home based childcare services to families and the community by working closely with our educators to provide affordable, safe, high quality and flexible childcare and early learning programs to children.
Liberty Family Day Care was first founded in 2014 by executive manager and business owner Musa Sesay. Over the last few years, great improvements, establishments and programs have been implemented to maximise the quality of care provided to parents, staff, educators and especially children.
Liberty Family Day Care provides quality child-care facilities within a home environment, where educators work effortlessly to cater for a variety of age groups in an exceptional manner. We are currently situated in the Logan area but looking to expand to branch out into various franchises in the near future.

Mission Statement
Our mission statement is to honour and meet the United Nations convention on ‘The Rights of Children.’ To do this, our educators primarily focus on the best interest of children as well as the overall concern for well-being. Liberty Family Day Care will provide professional, diverse care and Education that will continuously build valued partnerships with families to meet the vision of children’s rights.
Philosophy
Liberty Family Day Care believes that ‘children learn and develop in high quality stimulating environments.’ We believe that when families, educators and coordination staff work together in a collaborative, ethical and cooperative way, it results in the best environment for each child’s early years school experience. At Liberty FDC we believe that in order to maximise the quality of care and academic performance, it is crucial for educators to develop a well-structured pedagogy and teaching practice.
