- Children need to be provided with an adaptable play-based curriculum that offers different learning styles.

In respect to the Environment Liberty Family Day Care believe:
- That educator must provide safe and secure learning environment where educators have a play-based programs both indoor and outdoor to promote, challenge and encourage children participation
- The environment should welcome children, families, coordination unit staff and visitors and celebrate the diversity of cultures within the community.
In respect to diversity Liberty Family Day Care believe:
- All children, families, Educators, and coordination unit staff from religious, culturally, or linguistically diverse backgrounds, are treated rightfully and are supported, valued, and included in all parts of the scheme.
