It is the responsibility of all parents and guardians to keep the service and educator informed of any changes to their child’s pre-existing health. Failure to comply may compromise the integrity of student safety.
To ensure the Medical Management Plan for their child is reviewed every three months, and to inform the Nominated Supervisor of any change in their child’s medical condition and/or in the Plan in the interim.
Parents/guardians must:
- Complete the appropriate Authorisation to Administer Medication Form.
- To ensure all relevant medication is labeled
- To hand medications directly to the educator
- To collect their child if unwell when informed of their health situation
